Ward-Beck POD17/110 1:6 AES/EBU Reclocking Distribution Amplifier
Product Description
POD17 is a six output AES/EBU digital audio processing distribution amplifier. This unit is available in both 75 Ohm or 110 Ohm versions. It features level adjustment in the digital domain (local and remote) and sample rate conversion. Level control can be used as a trim or volume control. POD17 can monitor the input signal and correct phase by inverting channel B. These features are activated with front panel push buttons.
A convenient seventh output on a 1/4" jack on the front panel may be used to monitor the signal using a WBS Audio Bit Buddy™ or POD11A, or to route the signal to another destination.
All inputs and outputs to POD17/75 are made via BNC connectors located on the rear panel. For POD 17/110, all inputs and outputs are transformer balanced and made via terminal blocks located on the rear panel.
All PODS are supplied from the factory as stand-alone desktop POD-PACKAGES, unless a rackmount option is ordered. PODS in rack mount configurations may be ordered from the options above.
