Product Description
The FC-2 is a dual digital format converter for professional applications. The half rack package contains two fully indepedent format converters. Each may be configured either for S/PDIF to AES3 conversion, or for AES3 to S/PDIF conversion.
The front panel MODE LED displays the conversion mode (ON: AES3 to S/PDIF, OFF: S/PDIF to AES3). If the wrong digital audio input type is connected, the MODE LED will flash.
The incoming digital sampling rate for each channel (32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, or 48 kHz) is displayed on the front panel LEDs, providing signal verification.
Includes built-in power supply with an attached power cord.
Comes standard in a desk-top version, but can be ordered in a rackmount configuration.
